  • Following your initial visit, we will arrange a "Report of Findings" session. In this meeting, you will review your full file findings with Dr. Beckett or Dr. Hannah. They will then explain the source of your discomfort or symptoms and discuss a recommended treatment plan aimed at improving your well-being and restoring your functionality to its full potential.

  • Please come prepared with your completed new patient forms, a valid ID, and your insurance card.

  • Determining the cost prior to your initial appointment is challenging due to various influencing factors. Once your insurance benefits are reviewed and your specific needs are assessed, the doctors will provide you with a detailed cost breakdown for your treatment during your second visit.

  • We recommend setting aside approximately one hour for your first appointment. This duration accounts for completing the necessary paperwork, undergoing exams, performing posture analysis, and the checkout procedure. To expedite the process, you can print and fill out the new patient paperwork in advance from the website.

  • Our office accepts various insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and most Aetna policies. In cases where we are out of network with your insurance, we are happy to verify if benefits can still be applied at an out-of-network rate.
